| Readers' Questions |
As we encounter questions frequently from our clients and readers of this site, we will include them on this page in the future. Here are some we commonly hear:
1. Do I have enough time to stop my foreclosure?
Until the auction occurs there is enough time for a homeowner to stop their foreclosure. TIME is of the ESSENCE! Take action right away. Your situation can be resolved up until the day of the auction, but this is not guaranteed or recommended.
2. What are the benefits of your service?
The benefits include restoring your credit for future use. In some cases after foreclosure, it is difficult to purchase or rent and have utilities in your name. Our programs restore your credit and prevent bankruptcy. Homeowners also receive their equity for a new start (in some cases).
3. Do you charge a fee?
Consultation and services are free. We are here to assist with options for your situation.
4. How much time is involved in the foreclosure process?
A - If you have received a Notice of Default – it could be up to 3 months, or perhaps longer in the case of a VA or FHA loan in arrears. B - Notice of Sale - Lender is going to sell property at auction within 2 to 6 weeks. The date of sale will be in the Notice.
5. Can I get assistance immediately?
Yes. Contact us by e-mail or phone and we will start on your case immediately. We will need information about your home and what you have received from you lender or their attorneys. Please provide a contact source so that we can gather additional information if needed.
